As you know ”Willpower ” is very important thing in one’s life , will power brings self control & discipline in life which are both very important factors for success. Let me give you example , we do like athletes , they are always so much disciplined and controlled in life. If you remove the willpower from their life then do you think they able to maintain discipline and control in life ?, if you remove will- power from their life they transforms in to normal person like us. That willpower is the only thing which makes difference between us and that athletes.
Now lets again go to the Dead week. Now it’s time to give the answer of the question which we read in the end of the first paragraph. It’s all because of stress and less sleep which makes a person more addicted to something in ”Dead week”.
Let me explain you , we all have temptation of something in life like eating sugary food or outside food , but have you observed that if this temptation occur in morning them we resist it but if this same temptation occur in night then we sometimes can’t resist because in the morning we are fresh more energise and because of that we have more willpower and as day passes our energy would drowning and because of that our willpower also becomes lowers which proves that will power also needs energy.
So when we do not take appropriate sleep ( more than 6 hours ) then cells of our body can not easily absorb the glucose from the blood streams , so individual cells do not have appropriate energy and after some times our body starts craving for sugar or caffeine or craving for any products which can energise us. At that time we have to satisfy that craving of body by taking that product. This are products always generates dopamine in our body and release of that in our body helps us to feel good, Which leads to addiction to that product. So we need to take proper rest in a day so our body gets proper energy and our willpower also becomes powerful which leads us towards success.
I hope you people, like this articles. And I try to come up with this type of articles every week on this website. Stay tuned.
